Design Services

DIY Package – $600

This package is designed for those couples who want a DIY wedding or event. It can be hard to take the first step in styling and selecting your rentals and we’d love to be there to give you advice and decor suggestions!

  • 1 hour long meeting at our office – We will discuss your overall vision, colours, themes, DIY ideas, rental inventory ideas, how to set-up, basic design elements, and how to work within your budget.
  • 1 venue visit – This really helps us get an idea of the layout and allows us to conceptualize the different areas for the various events throughout the day.
  • Our suggested vendor lists include florists, cake decorators, caterers, music, and transportation.
  • Email and phone communication throughout the planning stages.
  • Basic outline of floorplan for easy set-up.Colour chart to bring with you when deciding on DIY projects, attire, cakes, and flowers.
This package has a $500 minimum rental order + a 10% non-refundable damage fee + tax If you are interested in adding to the package, popular items are delivery, set-up, flips, and retrieval, each at an additional cost.

Design Services

Deluxe Package – $1750

This package offers a complete design for your event and selection of decor items.

  • 1-2 hour long meeting at our offices – We will discuss your overall vision, colours, themes, rental inventory ideas, basic design elements, and how we can work within your budget.
  • 1 hour long meeting at our offices to review the overall design plan, before final payment
  • 1-2 venue visits – This really helps us get an idea of the layout and allows us to conceptualize the different areas for the various events throughout the day.
  • Our suggested vendor lists include florists, cake decorators, caterers, music, and transportation.
  • Coordination with vendors involved in design elements, such as florists, calligraphers, and cake decorators.
  • Floorplan to show to there vendors so that they get an idea of how this effects their set-up.
  • Delivery and retrieval on the day of the event.
  • Set-up and take-down for a maximum of 2 hours.
A 10% non-refundable damage fee + tax will be charged on all rental items There is a minimum rental charge of $2000. Delivery outside zone 1 will incur additional charges. We would be happy to add venue flips at an additional cost.
