Deluxe Package – $1750

  • 2-3 hour-long meetings at our offices
  • Up to 2 venue visits
  • Coordination with vendors involved in design elements, such as florists, calligraphers, and cake decorators.
  • Floorplan to show to there vendors so that they get an idea of how this effects their set-up.
  • Delivery and retrieval on the day of the event.
  • Set-up and take-down for a maximum of 2 hours.

A 10% non-refundable damage fee + tax will be charged on all rental items There is a minimum rental charge of $2000. Delivery outside zone 1 will incur additional charges. We would be happy to add venue flips at an additional cost.

Set-up & Tear-down:

We will happily work with your wedding planner, florist, cake decorator, and venue to coordinate set-up.

Set-up expenses will depend on the size of your event and the timeframe in which everything needs to be done.

Flips:

We love flipping events! Let us do the work for you.

Since flips usually happen within a very short timeframe, expenses depend on the number of assistants we need for the size of your event.
